HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!!!

 APPETIZER: CORNED BEEF SKINS Four potato skins topped with Colby cheese, bacon, green onions and corned beef.  Served with a side of sour cream. 

SHEPHERD'S PIE Seasoned ground beef simmered with vegetables and brown gravy, then topped with mashed potatoes, shredded Colby cheese and baked to a golden brown. While Supplies Last! 

IRISH STEW Fresh veggies and tender pieces of beef, sautéed in a special Irish gravy.  This recipe was given to J.R. by is great uncle Really O'Leary Fletcher.  Served in a bread bowl.
