SATURDAY SPECIALS

 SATURDAY LUNCH 

APPETIZER: CUCUMBER BRUSCHETTA Six pieces of seasoned french bread topped with tomatoes, garlic, red onions, cucumber and basil in a vinaigrette dressing.  Topped with Asiago cheese. 

FULL SLAB BBQ RIBS - A full slab of our famous Baby Back Ribs slow cooked and basted with our top secret BBQ sauce.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato. While Supplies Last! 

BAKED MOSTACCIOLI - Mostaccioli and marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese  .  Served with garlic bread.

MONTE CRISTO - Ham, turkey, Swiss and Colby cheese on white bread lightly battered and grilled to a golden brown.  Served with fries and a pickle.

PHILLY STEAK SANDWICH - Thinly sliced steak char-grilled smothered with onions & mushrooms.  Topped with mozzarella cheese, grilled on a french roll.  Served with fries and a pickle spear.  Cole slaw upon request.

CAJUN SALMON CAESAR SALAD - Romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with fresh salmon grilled with cajun seasonings.
