APPETIZER: SOUTHWEST DIP Layers of refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives.  Served with tortilla chips.

FIRECRACKER SALAD A bed of fresh greens topped with bacon, tomatos, Colby cheese and of course our World Famous Chicken Fingers, but with a kicker, they are tossed in buffalo sauce.  Served with blue cheese dressing.

CHICKEN VALENCIA Tender chicken breast sautéed with garlic, shallots, olive oil, green onions, plum tomatoes and crushed red pepper.  Tossed with fettuccini. A little spicy! 

MANGO PICO DE GALLO SALMON Fresh salmon filet topped with mango habañero sauce and homemade pico de gallo. Served with choice of potato.

CAJUN  STEAK  Skirt  Steak char-grilled with authentic cajun spices, topped with grilled peppers and onions.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato.
