APPETIZER: BUFFALO WINGS  Chicken wings tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce. Served with ranch dressing.

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS  A flour tortilla stuffed with tender chicken, tomato, cheese, sour cream & then deep fried and topped with guacamole-ranchero and con queso. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, rice & refried beans.  

STEAK FAJITA SALAD  Marinated skirt steak, colby cheese, pico de gallo, grilled peppers and onions,  and an avocado-ranch dressing on a bed of fresh greens.  

BLUE CHEESE PATTY MELT  A ground chuck burger topped with blue cheese, bacon and grilled onions on rye bread.  Served with fries and a pickle spear.  Slaw upon request.

 SALMON DIABLO  PASTA   Fresh salmon filet, tossed in a cajun diablo cream sauce. Tossed with fettuccine & served with garlic bread.
