APPETIZER: SHRIMP SCAMPI  Gulf shrimp sautéed in garlic and lemon butter.

GRILLED SALMON A 8 oz. salmon filet, lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Served with vegetable and choice of  potato.

CHICKEN VALENCIA ender chicken breast sautéed with garlic, shallots, olive oil, green onions, plum tomatoes and crushed red pepper.  Tossed with fettuccini. A little spicy! 

SIZZLING STEAK FAJITAS Perfectly seasoned steak strips grilled with green peppers and onions. served with flour tortillas, cheese, guacamole, Spanish rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, sour cream & lettuce. (no potato or vegetable)

 APPETIZER: LOADED CHICKEN FINGERS Three of our World Famous chicken fingers with Colby cheese, bacon bits, and green onion. Served with a side of ranch dressing. 

BEEF STEAK SALAD Tender strips of skirt steak layered on top of a bed of mixed greens with Colby cheese, bacon, tomatos , and cucumbers.  served with A1 ranchero dressing. 

MEAT LOAF PLATE Homemade meatloaf served with mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetable. While Supplies Last!

BAKED CHICKEN MOSTACCIOLI  Tender pieces of chicken breast baked with mostaccioli and marinara sauce topped with mozzarella cheese. Served with garlic bread 

CILANTRO SALMON A fresh Salmon filet marinated in a creamy cilantro sauce, then grilled to order.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato.
