TUESDAY SPECIALS

 

APPETIZER: BBQ CHICKEN QUESADILLA Grilled flour tortilla with BBQ chicken, cheese, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and green onion.  Served with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.

MEAT LOAF PLATE Homemade meatloaf served with mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetable. While Supplies Last!

TRIO OF SALAD A scoop of each:  egg salad, tuna salad, and chicken salad served with cottage cheese and a side of fruit.

POPEYE CHICKEN SANDWICH An 8oz chicken breast topped with sautéed spinach, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.  Served with fries and pickle.

CHIPOTLE CAJUN SHRIMP SALAD A bed of fresh greens with tomatoes, red onion, corn, avocado and Colby cheese. Topped with grilled cajun style shrimp tossed in chipotle ranch dressing.

TERIYAKI SALMON A fresh salmon filet basted with tangy teriyaki sauce.  Served with vegetables and choice of potato.
