THURSDAY SPECIALS

 THURSDAY LUNCH SPECAILS 

APPETIZER: BBQ CHICKEN POTATO SKINS Four potato skins topped with cheese, BBQ chicken and red onion. Served with ranch dressing.

1/2 SANDWICH AND SOUP OR SALAD Half of our cold ham & cheese, served with your choice of a house salad or our homemade soup. Sorry, NO SUBSTITUTIONS or modifications. 

TURKEY REUBEN Thinly sliced turkey breast topped with sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing and Swiss cheese. Grilled to perfection on rye bread.  Served with a pickle and fries.

CAJUN CHICKEN SANDWICH An 8oz chicken breast seasoned with cajun spices and topped with green peppers and onions served on a Gourmet Bun. Served with fries and pickle. 

TACO THURSDAY  Three corn tortillas with your choice of fried cod, seasoned grilled steak or chicken, all topped with Colby cheese, lettuce and tomato or cilantro and onions .Served with refried beans and rice.  

BEEF STEAK SALAD Tender strips of skirt steak layered on top of a bed of mixed greens with Colby cheese, bacon, and cucumbers.  served with A1 ranchero dressing. 

CHICKEN VALENCIA Tender chicken breast sautéed with garlic, shallots, olive oil, green onions, plum tomatoes and crushed red pepper.  Tossed with fettuccini. A little spicy!
