CHICKEN SOUTHWEST SALAD Mixed greens topped with grilled Chicken, Colby cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes and tortilla crisps.  Served with a side off BBQ-Chipotle Ranch

FRENCH ONION CHICKEN A marinated chicken breast grilled then topped with grilled onions and mozzarella cheese.  Served with your choice of potato and vegetable of the day. 

SALMON VALENCIA salmon sautéed with olive oil, diced tomatoes, green onion, crushed red pepper and shallots. Served over fettuccine.  A little spicy!
