APPETIZER: LOADED CHICKEN FINGERS: Three of our World Famous chicken fingers with Colby cheese, bacon bits, and green onion. Served with a side of ranch dressing.

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS: A flour tortilla stuffed with tender chicken, tomato, cheese, sour cream & then deep fried and topped with guacamole-ranchero and con queso. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, rice & refried beans.  

STEAK HOUSE SALAD : Grilled seasoned skirt steak, sliced mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, parmesan shoestrings, served over a bed of mixed greens with chipotle ranch on the side.

CORDON BLEU SANDWICH: An 8oz. chicken breast with grilled ham and topped with mozzarella cheese, lettuce & tomato.  Served with a pickle and fries.

CAJUN LIME SALMON: Fresh salmon topped with cajun spices and a hint of lime.  Served with vegetables and choice of potato.

TEXAS HOLD-EM BURGER: A 10oz ground chuck burger topped with Colby-jack cheese, top with onion strings & BBQ  sauce.  Served with fries and pickle. Slaw upon request.
