APPETIZER: CUCUMBER BRUSCHETTA Six pieces of seasoned french bread topped with tomatoes, garlic, red onions, cucumber and basil in a vinaigrette dressing.  Topped with mozzarella cheese.

1/2 SANDWICH AND SOUP OR SALAD Half of our Turkey & Swiss on a french Roll, served with your choice of a house salad or our homemade soup. Sorry, NO SUBSTITUTIONS or modifications.

FIRECRACKER SALAD A bed of fresh greens topped with bacon, tomatoes, Colby cheese and of course our World Famous Chicken Fingers, but with a kicker, they are tossed in buffalo sauce.  Served with blue cheese dressing.

CAJUN SALMON A fresh salmon filet seasoned with cajun spices.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato.
