APPETIZER: JALAPENO POPPERS Jalapenos stuffed with cheddar cheese, breaded and deep fried.  Served with a side of salsa. 

1/2 SANDWICH AND SOUP OR SALAD Half of our TCB on a pretzel bun, served with your choice of a house salad or our homemade soup. Sorry, NO SUBSTITUTIONS or modifications.

TOMATO TORTILLA CHICKEN WRAP Tender pieces of chicken breast, bacon, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce & chipotle ranch all wrapped in a tomato tortilla.  Served with fries and pickle.  Slaw upon request.

TACOS  Three corn tortillas with your choice of fried cod, seasoned grilled steak or chicken, all topped with Colby cheese, lettuce and tomato or cilantro and onions .Served with refried beans and rice.  (Steak $13.99) 

TEXAS HOLD-EM BURGER A 10oz ground chuck burger topped with Colby-jack cheese, onion ring & BBQ  sauce.  Served with fries and pickle. Slaw upon request.

CAJUN SALMON CAESAR SALAD Romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with fresh salmon grilled in Cajun seasonings.

STEAK BERNAISE A N.Y. Strip steak char-grilled then topped with a Bernaise sauce.  Served with choice of potato and vegetable of the day.

FETA CHICKEN PASTA Tender pieces of a chicken breast sautéed with shallots, scallions, tomato, fresh garlic, white wine and tossed with fettuccine .  Topped with feta cheese and served with garlic bread.
