APPETIZER: LOADED TATER TOTS: Tater tots with melted Colby cheese, bacon bits and green onions. Served with a side of ranch dressing.
FIRECRACKER SALAD: A bed of fresh greens topped with bacon, tomatos, Colby cheese and of course our World Famous Chicken Fingers, but with a kicker, they are tossed in buffalo sauce. Served with blue cheese dressing.
BLUE CHEESE PATTY MELT:A 10 oz. ground chuck burger topped with blue cheese, bacon and grilled onions on rye bread. Served with fries and a pickle spear. Slaw upon request.
CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS: A flour tortilla stuffed with tender chicken, tomato, cheese, sour cream & then deep fried and topped with guacamole-ranchero and con queso. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, rice & refried beans.
BERNAISE SALMON: Fresh Salmon filet topped with bernaise sauce. Served with vegetable, choice of potato.
