APPETIZER:SPINACH DIP WITH CORN & TAJIN Fresh spinach and artichokes in a parmesan cream cheese sauce with a hint of lime, corn & tajin. Served with tortilla chips

EGG SALAD SANDWICH Homemade egg salad sandwich on white bread with tomato and lettuce .Served with fries and a pickle.

GARLIC TILAPIA Baked tilapia topped with our homemade garlic sauce.  Served with choice of potato and vegetable. 

CHICKEN VALENCIA Tender chicken breast sautéed with garlic, shallots, olive oil, green onions, plum tomatoes and crushed red pepper.  Tossed with fettuccini. A little spicy! 

STEAK & CAJUN GRILLED SHRIMP A Skirt Steak topped with cajun shrimp grilled to perfection.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato.
