 THURSDAY LUNCH SPECIALS 

APPETIZER: MEXICAN POTATO SKINS Four of our delicious potato skins topped with refried beans, Colby cheese, bacon and green onions.  Served with sour cream. 

1/2 SANDWICH AND SOUP OR SALAD Half of our TCB sandwich, served with your choice of a house salad or our homemade soup. Sorry, NO SUBSTITUTIONS or modifications. 

VTG SOUTHWEST SALAD Mixed greens topped with grilled chicken, Colby cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes and tortilla crisps.  Served with a side of ranchero salsa. 

TACOS  Three corn tortillas with your choice of fried cod, seasoned grilled steak or chicken, all topped with Colby cheese, lettuce and tomato or cilantro and onions .Served with refried beans and rice.  

CHICKEN ALA CORDON BLEU An 8oz. chicken breast topped with grilled ham and mozzarella cheese. Served with choice of potato and vegetable.
