APPETIZER: SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP  Fresh spinach and artichokes in a Parmesan cream cheese sauce. Served with flatbread

CAJUN SALMON CAESAR SALAD Romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with fresh salmon grilled in Cajun seasonings.

VTG STEAK PASTA Tender steak seasoned with cajun seasoning,sautéed with tomato and spinach sautéed in a parmesan cream sauce . Tossed with fettuccine & served with garlic bread.

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS A flour tortilla stuffed with tender chicken, tomato, cheese, sour cream & then deep fried and topped with guacamole-ranchero and con queso. Served with lettuce, Pico de Gallo, rice & refried beans.   

BLUE CHEESE PATTY MELT A 10 oz. ground chuck burger topped with blue cheese, bacon and grilled onions on rye bread.  Served with fries and a pickle spear.  Slaw upon request.
