APPETIZER: BRUSCHETTA: French bread topped with tomatoes, garlic, red onions,cucumbers, and basil in a vinaigrette sauce. Sprinkled with Asiago cheese

CAJUN CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD: Tender chicken breast grilled with cajun spices on top of a bed of romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing.

SHRIMP SCAMPI: Gulf shrimp sautéed in garlic and lemon butter served over pasta with a side of garlic bread.

SALMON PICO DE GALLO: Fresh salmon topped with Pico de Gallo. Served with vegetables and choice of potato.
