APPETIZER: CHIPS, SALSA, AND GUACAMOLE COMBO

STEAK FAJITA SALAD: Marinated skirt steak, colby cheese, pico de gallo, grilled peppers and onions, fried tortilla strips and an avocado-ranch dressing on a bed of fresh greens. 

SHRIMP DIJON: Gulf shrimp sautéed in a light Dijon mustard cream sauce and tossed with fettuccine.

CHICKEN PATTY MELT: A chicken breast topped with American cheese and grilled onions.  Served on rye bread with fries and pickle.

BERNAISE SALMON Fresh Salmon filet topped with bernaise sauce.  Served with vegetable, choice of potato.
