THURSDAY SPECIALS

 THUSDAY LUNCH SPECIALS 

APPETIZER: SOUTHWEST DIP Layers of refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives.  Served with tortilla chips. 

1/2 SANDWICH AND SOUP OR SALAD Half of our Fried Caesar Wrap, served with your choice of a house salad or our homemade soup. Sorry, NO SUBSTITUTIONS or modifications. 

TACOS  Three corn tortillas with your choice of fried cod, seasoned grilled steak or chicken, all topped with Colby cheese, lettuce and tomato or cilantro and onions .Served with refried beans and rice.  

BEEF STEAK SALAD Tender strips of skirt steak layered on top of a bed of mixed greens with Colby cheese, bacon, and cucumbers.  served with A1 ranchero dressing. 

CHICKEN STROGANOFF Tender chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, shallots, red wine, garlic and brown gravy.  Tossed with fettuccine and topped with sour cream.
