APPETIZER: CARNE ASADA FRIES      Perfectly seasoned skirt steak served over seasoned french fries topped with melted Colby cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream guacamole and green onion. served with a side of salsa.

TEXAS HOLD-EM BURGER    A burger grilled to perfection topped with Colby-jack cheese, onion strings & BBQ  sauce.  Served with fries and pickle. Slaw upon request.

STEAK & COCONUT SHRIMP    A Skirt Strip char-grilled to perfection and  fried coconut shrimp served with apricot sauce, vegetables and choice of potato.

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS  A flour tortilla stuffed with tender chicken, tomato, cheese, sour cream & then deep fried and topped with guacamole-ranchero and con queso. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, rice & refried beans.  

FIRECRACKER SALAD   A bed of fresh greens topped with bacon, tomatos, Colby cheese and of course our World Famous Chicken Fingers, but with a kicker, they are tossed in buffalo sauce.  Served with blue cheese dressing.
