 SATURDAY SPECIALS


APPETIZER: CARNE ASADA FRIES: Perfectly seasoned skirt steak served over seasoned french fries topped with melted Colby cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream guacamole and green onion. Served with a side of salsa.

BBQ CHICKEN SALAD: Grilled chicken tossed in our homemade BBQ sauce with cheese, corn, tomatoes, and tortilla strips on a bed of mixed lettuce. Served with ranch dressing. 

POT ROAST CHEESY MELT: Our delicious slow cooked pot roast topped with mozzarella cheese then baked to perfection! Served on a French roll, with a pickle, fries and a side of brown gravy. 

BBQ BABY BACK RIBS: Full slab of our famous baby back ribs slow cooked and basted with our top secret BBQ sauce.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato. 

CHICKEN RIGATONI: Blend of spices in a creamy tomato sauce tossed with slices of chicken, mushrooms and rigatoni noodles topped with Asiago cheese. Served with garlic bread.

STEAK ROMANO: An 8oz Skirt steak baked in garlic butter, red wine, Italian bread crumbs and Romano cheese.  Served with vegetable with choice of potato.
