 SATURDAY LUNCH SPECIALS

APPETIZER: CUCUMBER BRUSCHETTA Six pieces of seasoned french bread topped with tomatoes, garlic, red onions, cucumber and basil in a vinaigrette dressing.  Topped with mozzarella cheese.

SCRAMBLE EGGS & BACON Three scrambled eggs and bacon served with au gratin potatoes and a side a side of toast. 

BBQ BABY BACK RIBS A full slab of our famous Baby Back Ribs slow cooked and basted with our top secret BBQ sauce.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato. While Supplies Last! 

CORDON BLEU An 8oz. chicken breast with grilled ham and topped with mozzarella cheese, lettuce & tomato.  Served with a pickle and fries. 

I NEED TO EATA FAJITA BURGER A 10 oz.  ground chuck burger topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, guacamole, Colby-jack cheese, grilled onions and peppers,& fajita seasoning.  Served with fries and a pickle spear. Slaw upon request.

CHICKEN ALA CORDON BLEU An 8oz. chicken breast topped with grilled ham and mozzarella cheese. Served with choice of potato and vegetable.

SHRIMP VALENCIA Gulf shrimp sautéed with garlic, shallots, tomatoes, green onions & crushed red pepper.  Tossed with fettuccini. A little spicy!
