SATURDAY SPECIALS 2/4

 APPETIZER: SOUTHWEST DIP Layers of refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives.  Served with tortilla chips. 

ITALIAN SAUSAGE RIGATONI Blend of spices in a creamy tomato sauce tossed with slices of sausage, mushrooms and rigatoni noodles topped with Asiago cheese. Served with garlic bread.  

FULL SLAB BBQ RIBS A full slab of our famous Baby Back Ribs slow cooked and basted with our top secret BBQ sauce.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato. While Supplies Last!  

SALMON PECAN SALAD Tossed greens, candied pecans, bacon, tomatoes, cranberries, sliced egg and blue cheese crumbles. Served with Poppy Seed dressing.   

VILLAGE STEAK A tender skirt steak in a Bordelaise gravy, sautéed with garlic, mushrooms, shallots and red wine. Served with vegetable and choice of potato.
