SATURDAY SPECIALS

 APPETIZER: CUCUMBER BRUSCHETTA Six pieces of seasoned french bread topped with tomatoes, garlic, red onions, cucumber and basil in a vinaigrette dressing.  Topped with Asiago cheese. 

BLT CHOPPED CHICKEN SALAD Romaine lettuce tossed with diced tomatoes, bacon, grilled chicken breast, and cucumbers with a Chipotle-Ranch dressing on the side. 

FULL SLAB BBQ RIBS A full slab of our famous Baby Back Ribs slow cooked and basted with our top secret BBQ sauce.  Served with vegetable and choice of potato. While Supplies Last!  

BBQ CHICKEN SANDWHICH Strips of BBQ chicken topped with BBQ sauce, colby cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion served on a burger bun. Served with a pickle and fries. Slaw upon request. 

TEXAS HOLD-EM BURGER A 10oz ground chuck burger topped with Colby-jack cheese, onion ring & BBQ  sauce.  Served with fries and pickle. Slaw upon request. 

CAJUN SHRIMP PASTA Shrimp with cajun spices tossed with tomatoes, green onions, garlic and shallots.  Served over pasta.
